Adelaide's Powerhouse Gym, is an old school Gym, an inclusive community environment, a place to train in peace, a place good for your mental health. We've been going from strength to strength since 1976, in the same building along Churchill Road in Prospect. It's never too late to start working towards a stronger, fitter and healthier you! It's been an honour to own Powerhouse for 10 years and I thank my community for choosing to supporting this South Australian small business for the last 48 years!

BOOK IN A CASUAL VISIT to Adelaide's Powerhouse Gym. Click the link below, showing our available hours on our booking link! Casual visits are $15pp with all payments taken at the desk. We are an old school gym with old school rules. Visitors, please bring a towel to use on the equipment while training, put your weights away after use and you're welcome to stay as short or as long as you like.

MARKETS IN PROSPECT
PowerHouse Gym continues to engage with our community by proudly presenting our community Markets that was once hosted in the Gym's carpark in 2018! From there, we have found a new passion for hosting events that continue to engage within our community, encouraging our locals get out of the house, foster stronger relationships with our Prospect Traders and create a wonderful opportunity to connect with more of our locals.
Pre-loved clothing & vintage items, Artisans, designers and small businesses, local food, local distilleries, baked treats, great coffee, family fun, a day out for the doggies and music for the soul.

That's a wrap for our Christmas in Prospect 2023!
We were so disappointed that the weather was against us to bring our Street Party, but we still loved celebrating Christmas with our community with two little mini events!
Thank you to the City of Prospect for their support this year, and we look forward to bringing our biggest Christmas celebrations for next year! (minus the rain)
