Join us for a small group session, focusing on functional training, weights and a bit of HIIT to get the heart rate up. Monday evenings at 6pm, bookings essential.
Strength Session Coached by Dylan
Strength session coached by Trainer Dylan, Wednesday's 5.30pm - 7pm. Focusing on strength exercises and including deadlifts for the leading up weeks for those participating in our deadlift comp. Great for those wanting to learn better technique and form in their exercises. Stay as short or as long as you like! Booking essential! $5 for members & $10 for visitors.
Bootcamp with Antoniette
Wake up your weekend with a session with Antoniette! Every Saturday morning at 8am. Focusing on functional training, core and getting that heart rate high! Bookings essential.
