KIDS BOOTCAMP SESSIONS AT POWERHOUSE GYM

Our kids sessions focus on developing their fitness, co ordination skills, strength and movement.  Helping them to work together in a respectful manner and introducing them into an encouraging gym environment.

Most of all, we enjoy seeing them active and loving our Powerhouse sessions!

Our sessions are 35mins and suitable for ages 7yrs - 14yrs.

July School Holidays Kids Bootcamp Sessions :

  • Tuesday 6th July @11am & 5pm

  • Thursday 8th July @11am & 5pm

  • Saturday 10th July @9am

  • Tuesday 12th @11am & 5pm

  • Thursday 15th July @11am & 5pm

How to book? 

Please send us an email at powerhousefitnessgym76@gmail.com and we will reply with a link for you to confirm your child's attendance. 

Terms & Conditions

  • All attendees must have completed and return the kids bootcamp waiver form before all sessions. Please make sure you respond to our emails within 24hour to confirm a spot in our sessions. 

  • The Guardian's are required to wait for the children in our communal area or in their car. Due to restrictions, we require you not to stroll around the gym and allow our customers to train in harmony. 

  • If you would like to use the Gym during the sessions, please see Staff who will help you sign in & our $10 casual visitor fee will apply. 

  • All children brought to the gym, who have not registered for the sessions, MUST be seated with the Guardian at all times and use of the Gym equipment is not permitted.

  • Please bring a towel to each session and a water bottle. 

  • If your child is experiencing any flu like symptoms or genuinely not feeling well, please keep the child home and send us a text to cancel.
