Music, training guidance and help from the Powerhouse gym staff, delicious food, organic coffee and fresh shakes for you to enjoy !

Women of all shapes, ages and sizes are warmly welcomed..

It is a day of fun and all monies raised go to the White Ribbon Foundation :)
