Stallholders Terms & Conditions

Please ready carefully.


  • is compulsory for all Stallholders. 

  • Individuals, non profit, community, young artists and business must have a minimum of $10mil cover for most of our Market dates, please be aware that some of our events require 20mil. 

  • Please note, we are not able to offer vendor public liability cover.

  • Upon acceptance of your stall booking, we require you to provide a current PL certificate.

We recommend the following market insurance either as a yearly or per day option.



  • Vendors are required to supply ALLof their equipment.

  • If the vendor requires power, this is available at an additional cost of $25

  • If the vendor does not bring a Marquee/Umbrella Marquee for cover, the organiser will charge the vendor an additional onsite fee of $80 to install a marquee in their area. 

  • An active FB page, IG page, and a professional business logo is required.

  • If the vendor has powered equipment. All equipment must be tagged and tested by an electrician. 

  • If the Vendor is selling food or food related products, an Eastern Health Authority form (EHA) must be completed. 

  • If the weather is windy, it is the Stallholders responsibility to secure their Stalls down with weights. 

  • Stallholders MUST set up with in the stated time frame of "bump in" and "bump out" as instructed on the emails sent to each Stall-holder. 

  • Stallholders cannot leave or pack up until the event time has close or unless Management has advised.

  • Stall site positioning will be determined by Management only.

  • Stallholders must be transparent with what they are selling. We do not condone dangers activities that will place other stallholders at rest, injury or death. 

  • Stallholders are responsible for taking away all rubbish. We encourage recycling and sustainability, please dispose of all materials in the appropriate bins provided.



  • All stall bookings must be paid by the date stated on our email invoices.

  • Failure to pay by the date stated, will forfeit the stall site booked.

  • For the protection of the vendors and our business, all payments are taken only through our website. 

  • Vendors cancelling their stall site, immediately forfeit their payment.

  • Payments for stalls are non refundable and only transferrable if the Organiser has postponed the event due to weather/restrictions.

  • If in the event a Market date is cancelled due to government restrictions or from extreme weather, the vendor will be refunded or has the right to transfer to another date. The difference in cost of stall site will be refunded or invoiced. 

  • Refunds will take up to 21-31 days, with payments transferred through our website.

We (Markets In Prospect/Powerhouse Trust) do not hold responsibility from expenses arising occurring from theft/damage of the Stallholders goods.
