To confirm your casual visit, consultation or a walk-through, please use our online booking links as we operate by appointment only. Download the "Fresha app" to view the times available or open the Google app, type "Powerhouse Fitness' and select the "book online" option.
Monday -Thursday 9am to 6pm
Friday 9am to 3pm
Saturday 9am to 1am
Sunday - visitors hours closed
Please note, festive and public holidays will vary, with available hours to view via our links.
VISITORS BOOKINGS OVER CHRISTMAS
Due to the Christmas period, visitor booking hours will be adjusted from Christmas eve to New Years Day.
