A Great opportunity to witness our Powerhouse Strength Crew in action!

Our deadlift competition encourages all ages in our community to join us and attack a PR on the day. The competition is "non sanctioned" and open for our members, visitors and our community.

When - Sunday 5th March
Time - Starts at 11am sharp 
Weigh in - from 10-10.40am

Venue - At Markets in Prospect/Vine St Plaza
Competitors fee - $30
Spectators - free
