Christmas in Prospect Fair is proudly supported by the City of Prospect and presented to you by Stephanie and the powerhouse Christmas Elves! This December 6th is set to be the biggest, brightest and merriest festive celebration in Prospect to date!
Your contribution as a South Australian vendor is vital to continue our Christmas in Prospect project. We cannot succeed without the generosity of supporters like you! We hope that we can count on your help to make this year’s event one of the best yet!

INVOICES/PAYMENTS
- Invoices will sent to successful applicants. Invoices must be paid by the date stated on the invoice email. Failure to pay by the date stated, will immediately forfeit the stall site booking.
- Payments after the date stated on the invoice email, does not guarentee the vendor a position at the event.
- If the vendor cancels their attendance to the Christmas Fair after they have paid, the vendor immediately forfeits the site payment. The vendor cancelling has the option to allow another vendor to take their place, providing the catagory works in harmony with the other vendors and all requirements are met.
- If in the event, the Market date is cancelled or postponed by the Organiser, the Stall-holder has the option to transfer to the 2026 Christmas in Prospect Fair or ask for a refund for the site payment.
- All transfers minus gst, will be made back to the vendor through our website, taking up to 60 days.
