This is a payment to confirm your market stall site at the Good Friday Festival.

INVOICES
- All stall bookings must be paid by the date stated on our email invoices.
- Failure to pay by the date stated, will forfeit the site booked.
- For the protection of the vendors and our business, all payments are taken only through our website.
- Vendors cancelling their stall site, immediately forfeit their payment.
- Payments for stalls are non refundable and only transferrable if the Organiser has cancelled the event prior to the date of the event.
- If in the event a Market/stall is cancelled prior to the event date, due to government restrictions or inclement weather, or for other reasons, the vendor's site fee will be refunded (minus gst and any hire of items) or the vendor will receive an offer to another Market date to transfer to. The difference in cost of stall site will be refunded or invoiced.
- Refunds will be transferred back through our website only.
- Refunds will take up to 30-60 days.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
- All Vendors are required to have minimum 10mil public liability. Successful applicants will be asked to forward through a copy of their public liability certificate.
STALL REQUIREMENTS
- Vendors are required to supply all of their equipment. This includes a Marquee if the event is held outside.
- If the vendor does not bring a Marquee/Umbrella Marquee, the organiser will charge the vendor an immediate onsite fee of $150 to installation of a Marquee. If the organiser does not have an extra marquee on hand, the vendor will be refused to participate in the event.
- We require all vendors to have an active FB business page, IG page & a business logo is required.
- If the vendor has powered equipment. All equipment must be tagged and tested by an electrician.
- If the Vendor is selling food or food related products, an Eastern Health Authority form (EHA) must be completed.
